Welcome to Astro Prints 3D Inc. (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Astro Prints 3D”). We operate this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Astro Prints 3D is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or you have given us consent to allow a minor dependent to use the Services.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or share your account with others.

2. Our Products

  • All products are made to order using 3D printing and may have slight variations compared to photos, digital renderings, or screen displays.

  • We do not guarantee that colours, textures, or details will appear exactly as shown on your device.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue products or change product details at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until we confirm payment.

  • Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled or changed unless we approve.

  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and import duties (if applicable) are additional.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information so we can complete your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • All products are made to order. Please allow 1–7 business days for production before shipping.

  • Delivery times vary by destination but are typically 2–14 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.

  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

  • If your package is lost or delayed, contact us at astroprints3d@gmail.com and we will assist.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • No returns are accepted.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, our first priority is to provide a replacement at no cost.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the product is completely unusable and a replacement is not suitable.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including text, images, graphics, designs, and products, is the property of Astro Prints 3D Inc. or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any products, designs, or content without our written permission.

Astro Prints 3D Inc. is the sole authorized seller of physical Astro Prints 3D products, and any unauthorized resale or distribution of physical products is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services for unlawful purposes, to violate laws, infringe on our intellectual property, harass others, spread malware, or interfere with site functionality. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Services if these Terms are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro Prints 3D Inc. will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services or products, including indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
