Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Astro Prints 3D Inc. Every product we make is crafted with care, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your order.

Please note that we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Our first priority will be to send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

  • The product is completely unusable, and

  • A replacement is not a suitable solution.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • No change-of-mind refunds: We cannot provide refunds for customer errors, including incorrect information at checkout.

  • Custom or personalized items: Non-refundable unless defective.

  • Shipping costs: Non-refundable.
